How do I arrange for a return or exchange?

We apologize if what you ordered did not work out! Please visit the Returns and Refunds page to submit a return/exchange request.


What is your return policy?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new and unused. It must also be in its original packaging, complete with folding cardboard, instructions, and elastic straps. We will charge a restocking fee of 20-50% of the purchase price if the returned item is in an unsellable condition.

How much is the return label?

The cost of the return label, which typically ranges between $10 and $25 depending on weight, will be deducted from your refund.


Can I return the exchanged order?

In some rare cases, you may wish to exchange some items from the exchange order that you initially requested and received. We'd like to set your expectations for the shipping cost of the second exchange order. If you want to send us back the exchanged order for another exchange, you will be asked to pay for a return label (1st exchange order) and shipping cost for the 2nd exchange order.


How long does it take for a return to be processed?

It usually takes 3-5 business days for a refund to reach your account after your return is received and inspected.

During the return process, please do not request a chargeback from your credit card company. Due to the length of time it takes to resolve charge-back disputes, it is usually preferable to be patient and wait for the return process to be completed. If you have submitted a chargeback, we will not be able to credit you for your return until the chargeback mediation process is completed. This procedure can take up to 180 days to complete.
